Role Description:
SupreoX Limited is seeking two skilled Software Developers with expertise in Laravel to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on innovative web applications, focusing on creating scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, and will contribute primarily to back-end development, with opportunities to engage in front-end tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based Laravel applications.
- Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
- Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
- Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
- Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development efforts.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
Qualifications:
- Previous working experience as a Laravel developer for at least 2 years.
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 10-11 Framework.
- Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design.
- Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat).
- MySQL profiling and query optimization.
- Creative and efficient problem solver.
- Experience with JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required; we prefer skills over education.

- Salary 30k-60k BDT per month based on experience.
