We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer with a strong background in lead generation, email marketing, Automation tools knowledge, and social media management to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies through targeted campaigns, social media, and SEO practices.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns using marketing tools to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to increase brand visibility and engagement.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track campaigns, and optimize the sales funnel.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjust strategies based on insights, and report on key metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to create cohesive campaigns that align with overall company goals.
Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
-Expertise in lead generation, email marketing, and social media marketing.
-Understanding of some CRM tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tags, etc.
-Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Education:
No special degree is required, but a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be prioritized.

- Salary up to 40k BDT based on experience.
