Role Description:
As an experienced WordPress plugin developer at SupreoX Limited, you are primarily responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating WordPress plugins, essential software components that enhance the functionality of WordPress websites. This role demands a strong grasp of web development, particularly within the context of WordPress, and proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Tasks typically include developing custom plugins, customizing existing ones, resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring compatibility with different WordPress versions and setups. Collaboration with designers and project managers, meticulous testing, and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development are key to excelling in this role. This is a full-time office job; no remote position is available. Selected applicants must be ready for a physical interview on the office premises.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize WordPress plugins to meet specific project requirements.
- Custom Elementor Widget Development
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement innovative features and functionalities.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of plugins to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance to enhance plugin efficiency and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugin compatibility and integration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in WordPress plugin development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with WordPress coding standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of MySQL and database management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
No particular educational degree is required; we prefer skill over education, but a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is recommended.
