Role Description:
SupreoX Limited is seeking a motivated Junior WordPress Developer Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in web development while contributing to real projects. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about WordPress and eager to enhance their skills in a professional environment. Internship period will be six-months.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of WordPress websites.
- Collaborate with the design and development team to implement website features and functionalities.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues as they arise.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and responsiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure websites meet design specifications and functionality standards.
- Provide support and assistance to senior developers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in WordPress development including theme customization, plugin development, and website maintenance.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience with WordPress or web development projects (preferred but not required).
Education:
No particular educational degree is required; we prefer skill over education.
